HUKK returns, exchanges & shipping

All refunds and remedies are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

CHANGE OF MIND

We gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order for change of mind or incorrect size.

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Items must be returned:

-Unworn and in original condition

-Free from marks, stains, perfume or other signs of wear

-With all original tags attached

-In original packaging where applicable

Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind exchanges.

Change-of-mind returns are subject to availability.

If an exchange is not available, store credit may be offered.

Returns

All change-of-mind return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns must be approved by HUKK before being posted. Please contact us via email with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Once your return has been approved, we will provide return instructions.

We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning an item.

HUKK cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Faulty or incorrect item

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.

HUKK will assess the item and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. (ACCC)

Consumer guarantees apply regardless of whether an item was purchased at full price or on sale. (ACCC)

Processing returns

Once your return arrives with us, please allow up to 5 business days for the item to be inspected and your return to be processed.

Store credits will be issued via email and can be used towards a future HUKK purchase.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following business day.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed prior to dispatch.

Shipping

All orders are sent via Australia Post.

A flat-rate shipping fee applies to all orders, with complimentary shipping on orders over $500.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email.

Tracking information will generally be sent within four hours of dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are dependent on Australia Post once your order has left HUKK.
